The main and vegetarian restaurant of the hotel serves fish, dairy and vegan dishes. Most of the menu is based on the local harvest as well as products of Mizpe Hayamim's organic farm. Every morning we offer freshly baked pastries and a tasty selection of cheeses made at our own farm. Our seasonal ingredients are grown on MIzpe Hayamim and in the nearby region. Visitors can enjoy our changing seasonal colors, aromas and tastes. The kitchens of the Vegetarian Restaurant and Muscat Restaurant are completely separated. All our ingredients are kosher but we do not have a certificate. It is possible to order vegetarian meals from another kitchen which has a kosher certificate. Guests who wish to do so must order their meals in advance.
Guests may choose to have dinner at Muscat Restaurant instead of the dairy resturant for additional costs of NIS95 during SUN-THU and on Saturday, on Friday the price is NIS155.
